Having lived for over 50 years in Durham she has had plenty of experience working in this market with both buyers and sellers. Many of her clients have moved to the Peterborough and Kawarthas area helping to familiarize her with that area and now she is currently residing in Bancroft full time and can effectively help you sell in Durham and relocate to Peterborough and the Kawarthas or Bancroft area. For the past twelve years, she has worked as a Realtor® and Accredited Buyer Representative, offering such property specialties as residential, rural, recreational, income-producing properties, homes in need of rehabilitation and executive properties.
